6.4.1.2 CCAMLR should heighten the priority of
examining the need for, and concluding agreements with, other
organisations to enhance its own effectiveness and pursue its
objectives. Possible candidates could include SEAFO, SWIOFC,
tuna RFMOs (in particular CCSBT) and environmental
organisations such as ACAP and CITES. |

6.4.1.3 At routine intervals, CCAMLR should examine its
own regulatory provisions against contemporary developments
either in RFMOs or in wider instruments applicable to
fisheries, environment and broader governance to ensure to the
extent possible best practice continues to be adopted and
